Hi Fly is once again in the list of the 1000 largest Portuguese companies, according to the 2014 ranking released by the Portuguese newspaper Diário de Económico. The Portuguese airline, chaired by Paulo Mirpuri, presented a turnover of 120 million euros, occupying the 225th position in the first quartile, and confirming once again its leading position among the Portuguese private carriers, presenting profit and positive results for its 10th consecutive year.
In the top 10 of the largest companies in the transport sector were also two companies from the NetJets Group (placed 3rd and 6th) which, as it should be remembered, was co-founded in Europe by Paulo Mirpuri, the current President of Hi Fly. These companies stayed ahead of other emblematic companies such as Brisa, ANA – Aeroportos de Portugal and CP – Comboios de Portugal.
The ranking was elaborated by IGNIOS for the Portuguese newspaper and takes into account the financial results of each company, presented in the balance sheet and income statement of 2014.
